Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Philip and draped bust of Otacilia Severa, wearing stephane, facing one another / Nemesis standing left, holding rod; wheel to left. Varbanov 4263 var. (obv. legend). VF, attractive green patina, some chipping at the edge. Struck on a broad flan.
